Kristoffer Fú Liu is a global real estate entrepreneur and CEO whose story spans Shanghai, Norway, and the United States. Born in Shanghai in the late 1980s, he spent his childhood moving across continents before settling in Ohio, experiences that shaped his passion for creating affordable and comfortable housing for others.
After nearly four years as an Equity Capital Markets Analyst at Goldman Sachs while earning his MBA from Columbia University, Kristoffer left investment banking to pursue entrepreneurship. In 2016, he founded Clay Molds Realtors, driven by his belief that everyone deserves a place to call home.
Today, Kristoffer manages his company from Dallas while also working in Shanghai as a Business Development Liaison for developers connected to Vanke, bridging opportunities between East and West.
